Information and guidelines for attending Mass

  1. To view our 10 am Mass in English and 1 pm Mass in Spanish on Sundays and our 7 am daily Mass, click here.

  2. The dispensation from the Sunday obligation remains in place.

  3. Gatherings are limited only to Mass and other sacraments - all other church activities are still restricted.

  4. The following are encouraged to stay at home:

    • The sick

    • The elderly

    • People with underlying medical conditions

    • Family members who live with elderly people or those who are at risk

    • People who have access to those at risk in nursing institutions

    • People who have upper respiratory or flu like symptoms

    • People who live with someone with upper respiratory or flu like symptoms

    • People with COVID-19 or live with someone with COVID-19

    • People who have been exposed to someone with COVID-19

    • Requested practices for those attending church:

  5. Requested “Containment Practices” for those attending Mass:
    1. Family members sit together

    2. Sit in every other pew

    3. Cough in your sleeve

    4. Place your contribution envelope in the basket provided as you enter or exit the church. The ushers will not “take up the collection” during Mass

    5. No hand holding during the Our Father

    6. Sign of Peace is omitted

    7. Form a single file line with 6-foot intervals when processing forward to receive Holy Communion

    8. Follow the instructions of the ushers

    9. Avoid gathering in the vestibule or near the doors of the church following Mass

    10. If requested, assist with sanitizing the church and other public areas following Mass

    11. Attend Mass in your home parish

Upcoming Events

You are invited to the Man of the Shroud exhibit. Jim Bertrand will be bringing a full sized replica of the Shroud of Turin to St. Cecilia. He will be speaking at 4 pm Sunday July 12 in the church or Centennial Hall depending on the crowd size. The replica of the Shroud will be on display from 5-7 pm. Weekday Masses: 

              Monday - Friday 7 am, 12:10 pm; Saturday 7 am

Sunday Masses: 

             Saturday evening 5pm; Sunday 8 am, 10 am, 1 pm Spanish, 7:30 pm

In The South Sacristy

Monday -Friday, 20 minutes before the 7 am and 12:10 pm Massest

 

Saturdays - 20 minutes before the 7 am Mass; 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm and after the 5 pm Mass
